REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: June 15, 2026

1. Custom Decorated Goods

Because screen-printed apparel is custom-made explicitly to your specifications, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, modifications, or offer refunds for custom items if the finished product matches the artwork proof approved by the customer.

2. Cancellations

  • Before Production: You may cancel an order before garment blanks are ordered or screens are burned. However, you may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%) for any blank garments we have already ordered from our suppliers, alongside a fee for any graphic design time already rendered.

  • After Production Begins: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once printing has started.

3. Errors or Defects

If we make an error that deviates substantially from your approved digital proof, or if the blanks contain structural manufacturer defects exceeding our 2% tolerance rate:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide digital photographs documenting the defect.

  3. If Print Theory is found at fault, we will either misprint-credit your invoice or re-print the defective portion of the order at our discretion.
