1. Turnaround & Production Times

Our standard production turnaround is typically 7 to 15 business days from the date of both payment deposit and final artwork proof approval. Turnaround times do not include transit shipping time.

2. Local Kingsburg Pickup

For our local Central Valley clients, we offer free local pickup at our shop:

• Location: Kingsburg, California (Exact address provided upon order completion).

• Process: You will receive an email notification when your order is completed and boxed. Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive this “Ready for Pickup” confirmation.

3. Standard Shipping

If shipping is required, we utilize major carriers (UPS or USPS).

• Shipping fees are calculated and added to your final invoice based on package weight and destination.

• Print Theory is not liable for carrier delays caused by weather, route disruptions, or lost packages once the shipment leaves our Kingsburg facility.
