This website is operated by Print Theory. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Print Theory. By purchasing goods or services from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Proofing: We require written or digital approval of an artwork proof before production begins. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for spelling, color placement, dimensions, and garment styles.
Approval Finality: Once a proof is approved by the customer, Print Theory is not responsible for any errors present on the approved proof.
Intellectual Property: You retain ownership over artwork you submit. By submitting artwork, you warrant that you own the rights to it or have explicit permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse service for artwork that violates copyright or trademark laws.
Industry Standards: Screen printing is an art form. We adhere to a standard 2% misprint tolerance per order run. We recommend ordering a few extra garments if exact counts are strictly mandatory for your project.
Garment Variances: Print Theory is not responsible for slight manufacturer variances in garment color shades or sizing charts provided by blank apparel brands.
All screens, films, and separation files created by Print Theory remain the sole property of Print Theory. Setup fees cover the labor and materials to prepare these items for production; they do not represent the purchase of the physical screens or setup materials.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
